At Mythic Outpost, we take pride in offering premium collectibles, sealed products, and original artwork. To protect the integrity of our inventory and ensure fairness to all customers, the following return policies apply:
📦 Sealed Product (Pokémon, MTG, TCG, etc.)

All sealed products are final sale once opened.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in original, unopened, and undamaged condition.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all sealed product returns.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
🖼 Custom Art & Commissioned Work

All custom artwork, commissions, and made‑to‑order pieces are non‑refundable.

Once an artist begins work, the order cannot be canceled.

Limited prints created from custom commissions are also final sale.
📬 Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
📮 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
🔄 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy and restocking fee.

All products sold by Mythic Outpost are sourced from trusted suppliers, distributors, or verified partners. We do not sell counterfeit or resealed products. If you ever believe an item is not authentic, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
