Welcome to Mythic Outpost. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to protect both you and our business, ensure fair use, and maintain the integrity of our products and services.


1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or services without written permission from Mythic Outpost.


2. Product Accuracy & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including pricing, availability, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error‑free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies are discovered.

All products — including sealed TCG items, accessories, and custom artwork — are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.


3. Authenticity Guarantee

Mythic Outpost does not sell counterfeit or resealed products. All sealed TCG items are sourced from trusted suppliers, verified partners, or official distributors. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Some items may ship directly from our warehouse, while others may ship from verified fulfillment partners.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return Policy.


5. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from Mythic Outpost, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Restocking fees where applicable

  • Final sale status on opened sealed products

  • Final sale status on custom artwork and commissions

  • Customer responsibility for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect


6. Custom Art & Commissioned Work

All custom artwork, commissions, and made‑to‑order pieces are non‑refundable. Once an artist begins work, the order cannot be canceled.

Mythic Outpost retains the right to create limited print runs of commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or services for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Fraudulent chargebacks

  • Reselling counterfeit goods

  • Harassment or abuse of staff or artists

  • Uploading harmful or malicious content

Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation or account restriction.


8. Limitation of Liability

Mythic Outpost is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Losses due to incorrect shipping information

  • Damage caused by misuse of products

  • Third‑party fulfillment delays

  • Loss of collectibles’ market value

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
