At Mythic Outpost, we work hard to ensure your collectibles, sealed products, and artwork arrive safely and on time. The following shipping policies apply to all orders placed through our store.


📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom artwork, commissions, and made‑to‑order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the product type and fulfillment location:

In‑House Inventory (shipped from Tempe, AZ)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

Partner‑Fulfilled Items (e.g., accessories, select sealed products)

  • Standard shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Some items may ship directly from verified U.S. fulfillment partners

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.


📬 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Mythic Outpost is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


🔄 Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before fulfillment.


💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Orders over $50 qualify for free economy shipping.


🖼 Custom Art & Commissioned Work

Custom artwork and commissions may ship separately from other items. Shipping times vary depending on the artist and production schedule. These items are final sale and cannot be returned.
